Robust DFA Lead
The application path is a set of course modules followed by a support period to ensure application of methods and theory in practice.
Course objectives
After course completion the participant:
- Ensures robust assembly equipment
- Ensure robust links between product, parts and assembly equipment
- Provide sparring and expert know-how to project teams
- Apply Robust Design methods and tools to drive innovation
Application format
- After the theory/training part the participants will enter a project/application period with sparring from RD8 professionals

Online (open course) - 3 days
08:00 - 12:00
Classroom style (private) - 1.5 days
08:00 - 16:00

Support/coaching
~8 check-ins per team
Open courses are available for everyone. Open courses are hosted online via MS Teams.
For groups of more than 8 people - private - classroom style training will be scheduled.
