Robust Design Subject Matter Expert
The application path is a set of course modules followed by a support period to ensure application of methods and theory in practice.
Course objectives
After course completion the participant will be able to:
- Set workflows: in project
- Set workflows: in company
- Recommend setup for Robust Design modus
- Align and coordinate in organization
- Define roles & responsibilities with links to Robust Design
- Act as technical lead and prioritize efforts and set direction
- Handling the RD8 index and 8 disciplines
- Visual management & use in everyday life
Application format
- After the theory/training part the participants will enter a project/application period with sparring from RD8 professionals

Online (open course) - 3 days

Classroom style (private) - 1.5 days

Open courses are available for everyone. Open courses are hosted online via MS Teams.
For groups of more than 8 people - private - classroom style training will be scheduled.
