APPLICATION PATH
CTO/Chief Engineer
The application path is a set of course modules followed by a support period to ensure application of methods and theory in practice.
Course objectives
After course completion the participant will be able to:
- Use data to track development plans
- Use data to improve performance/production/profit
- Support teams to achieve the most by Robust Design efforts
- Spot improvement areas by use of Robust Design methods
- Develops robust design standards
- Coordinates efforts across entities/teams
Application format
- After the theory/training part the participants will enter a project/application period with sparring from RD8 professionals

Classroom style (private) - 1.5 days

Open courses are available for everyone. Open courses are hosted online via MS Teams.
For groups of more than 8 people - private - classroom style training will be scheduled.
